When will the UG merit list 2026 be released?
As per the original schedule, the 1st Provisional Merit List was dated 26 June 2026 and Final on 27 June 2026. Since registration is extended to 30 June 2026, a revised merit list schedule is expected. Check the portal for updated dates.
Which government colleges in Gurugram offer UG courses?
There are 7 co-ed colleges (DGC, Jatauli, Pataudi, Rithoj, Sector-9, Sidhrawali, Sultanpur) and 3 girls-only colleges (Manesar, Sector-52, Sector-14) offering various UG courses under Gurugram University.
Is Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) mandatory?
Yes. PPP (8-digit Family ID) is mandatory for all Haryana domicile students during portal registration. Used for automatic verification and weightage benefits. Update/apply at meraparivar.haryana.gov.in if needed.
What is the portal registration fee?
₹100 non-refundable, paid online. Separate from college admission fee. A late fee of ₹100 applies during physical counselling, with an additional ₹100/day penalty from 18 July 2026 onwards.
Is there an entrance exam for UG admission?
No entrance exam. Purely merit-based on Class 12 marks + applicable weightage (NCC, Sports, Rural Area, Scouts & Guides, ESM).
What is the fee for BCA admission in Gurugram government colleges 2026?
BCA annual fee: ₹8,630 at GCW Sector-14, ₹9,030 at GCG Sector-52, and ₹9,330 at DGC and GC Sector-9. SC students of Haryana pay no tuition fee in govt. colleges.

Who pays no tuition fee?
All SC students (Boys & Girls) of Haryana in Govt. Colleges pay no tuition fee. SC students in Aided/SF colleges with family income below ₹2.5 lakh also get fee exemption under Post Matric Scholarship.
What is NEP 2020 UG programme structure?
Under NEP 2020, UG is a 4-year programme with multiple exits: Certificate (1 year), Diploma (2 years), Degree (3 years), Honours / Honours with Research (4 years). Subject to Gurugram University norms.
Can I edit my form after submitting?
Yes, editing is OTP-based and was allowed till 17 June 2026 (original; revised dates expected since registration extended). If rejected by college, remove the objection via Student Login and resubmit. Once final submission is done, editing may not be possible — fill carefully.
